Shipping policy
Mailnox Shipping Policy
At Mailnox, we’re committed to delivering your new mailbox with care, clarity, and minimal fuss. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship across the North Island of New Zealand, with a focus on rural addresses. Please ensure your shipping address includes your RD number and postcode.
2. Mailbox Delivery
Once your order is processed, your Mailnox will be delivered directly to the address provided at checkout. Double-check that your details are accurate — we can’t be responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.
3. Lock Installation
Your Mailnox lock will be installed before we dispatch your unit. Our team ensures each lock is fitted and tested so it’s ready to go on arrival.
4. Mailbox Installation
We do not install the mailbox structure at your property. You’ll receive easy-to-follow installation guidance, or you’re welcome to hire a local installer.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and shown clearly at checkout before payment. No surprises.
6. Pre-Orders & Delivery Timeframes
Mailnox 2.0 is being delivered in batches. If you’ve placed a pre-order, please refer to your confirmation email for the estimated dispatch window (e.g. “ships June 2025”).
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.
7. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.
8. When It Arrives
Inspect your Mailnox on arrival. If anything is damaged or doesn’t look right, let us know within 48 hours at support@mailnox.co.nz so we can help right away.
9. International Orders
We don’t currently ship outside of New Zealand. If you're overseas and interested in Mailnox, contact us — we’re working on future options.
10. Need Help?
Questions about delivery, your order, or installation? Email support@mailnox.co.nz — we’re here to help.
Thank you for choosing Mailnox — your support helps us build better, smarter rural delivery solutions right here in Aotearoa.
